The BLUE Team is a group of current and former Senior Business Support Specialists who have gone through additional training to provide one-on-one training to agents in Windermere Technology Tools. They've assisted over 250 agents in the past two years.

For the past two years, I have had the pleasure of going to work at Windermere Stellar as a Business Support Specialist. By far, the best part of my job is the people. I enjoy wearing multiple hats, sometime at the same time, to help real estate agents navigate through their days. In previous lives, I have worked as a high school teacher, a cabinet-maker, a lifeguard, a baker, an executive assistant, a pet and little human-sitter, and a “wannabe” freelance writer (so many hats!).

I have been a part of Windermere Stellar in various roles for over 4 years. My experiences as a licensed assistant, agent, Senior Business Support Specialist, and now Marketing and Systems Specialist give me the ability to work with a variety of people within Windermere. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Montana, with a focus in Management. Today, I enjoy using Windermere marketing and tech tools to help agents develop and maintain client relationships.

In my free time you can find me camping, hiking, and exploring Portland with my husband and two children.

I have been a Business Support Specialist for over two years now, and I love my job! I work really well with anyone and everyone so helping real estate agents of all personalities comes easy to me. I excel at learning new programs (“deals well with change”), having patience (A LOT of patience) and problem solving (Macs and printers). My position also consists of being a part-time therapist and teacher. Hobbies outside of work include snuggling with my cat or trying to get outside for some fun in the sun!

I have been with Windermere for almost 2 years as a business support specialist, but it was part of my life long before that. My mother is a Windermere agent, and having a mother as an agent gave me a well-rounded insight to the intensity of what agents deal with on a daily basis.  This prepared me to understand on a deeper level how to help agents, what the pain and pleasures in their work flow might be so I could step in and assist. My favorite part about my job is teaching and creating skills that the agents can use to better their business arsenal. Outside of work, I enjoy doing art. It helps to calm and center me through the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
